Buying apartments for a residence permit and renting out
Our buyers - a married couple, citizens of Ukraine - decided to purchase an apartment in Latvia in order to obtain a residence permit in Europe and passive income from renting out real estate.
After careful selection and analysis of ROI by our broker Paulina, they chose a spacious two-bedroom apartment in the quiet center of Riga - Dzirnavu Street.
The difficulty was in paying the purchase amount from an account in Ukraine, but thanks to the experience and expertise of the Mercury Group team that joined, all issues were quickly resolved and the transaction was successful. We also found and settled the first tenant at 5% per annum and organized a competent submission of documents for a residence permit, which will soon be received.
