Our buyers, a married couple from the USA, were looking for apartments in the center of Riga for permanent residence. Clients had increased requirements for the soundproofing of the facility, as peace and quiet 24/7 were extremely important to them.
Mercury Group broker Kristina offered them several options in premium projects in Riga. Having examined all the objects, the choice was made on luxurious apartments with a panoramic view of the Old Riga in the Hoffmann Rezidence luxury class project.
The difficulty was that the current sound insulation still did not fully meet the requirements. But after negotiating with the engineers and the seller, Christina, thanks to her efficiency and diplomacy, quickly resolved the seemingly unsolvable problem and
achieved an increase in the level of sound insulation in the selected apartments.
Our customers have already received the keys and, with the help of our designers, plunged into a pleasant process of creating comfort - interior design. Very soon they will move into their new home, where they will enjoy the views and tranquility!
