The company Merks mājas has completely completed the construction of its long-term and multi-stage project Merks Viesturdārzs in the Quiet Center of Riga. The third stage, consisting of a seven-story building, has 90 apartments that are already available for occupancy!
The Viesturdārzs project has energy efficiency class A and offers various options for two-, three- and four-room apartments ranging from 44 to 220 sq. m. m. All apartments are equipped with terraces or balconies, and for shared recreation of residents there is a special common terrace with a grill area.
For the convenience of residents, there are closed storage areas for strollers and bicycles on the ground floor of the house, as well as underground parking and storage rooms.
Prices for apartments in the third phase of Viesturdārzs start from 153,000 euros, and the bulk of the offer is presented in the price range up to 347,000 euros. However, there are also exceptional options - penthouses on the seventh floor ranging from 186 to 220.7 square meters. m costing from 447,300 to 629,700 euros.
The third phase of Viesturdārzs is completely closed from outsiders and includes a children's playground, recreation areas and a sports corner.
Overall, the Viesturdārzs project includes 353 new apartments and 14 commercial premises, making it a significant project for the city of Riga.
