Riga is actively developing, and a striking example of this growth is the large-scale Magdelēnas Kvartāls project. This multifunctional complex, constructed by Vastint Latvia, aims to become the new hub for business and residential activity in the capital of Latvia.
Currently, the construction of two modern office buildings on Antonijas Street is nearing completion. These structures have a total area of 11,155 square meters, a significant portion of which will be dedicated to Class A office spaces. Notably, Latvia’s largest office lease deal of 2024 was finalized within this project: Atea Global Services leased all the space in one of the buildings, planning to relocate over 550 employees there.
Alongside the office section, the residential area of the quarter is also developing rapidly. Recently, the third phase of construction was completed, featuring an apartment building with 57 fully furnished units.
But that’s not all. Vastint Latvia has received permission to begin the fourth and fifth phases of the project, which will involve constructing additional office buildings, residential units, and commercial spaces. Thus, Magdelēnas Kvartāls is set to become a "city within a city," offering residents and visitors everything needed for a comfortable life and work experience.
One of the project's main advantages is its convenient location in the heart of Riga. With modern architecture, high-quality construction, a variety of real estate options, ample parking, and a well-developed infrastructure, Magdelēnas Kvartāls appeals to both businesses and private investors.
