Polish diplomats contacted Mercury Group to arrange a long-term rental of a house in the Piņķi area, Latvia, with convenient access to Kings College Latvia. The request was assigned to our rental and sales expert, Tina.
Step 1: Selection and Virtual Tour
Based on the clients' preferences, we quickly identified all available houses that met their budget and criteria. To accommodate the clients, who were in Poland, Tina organized virtual tours of each property, providing a comprehensive view of the layout, amenities, and location of the homes.
The clients selected a suitable house, and all necessary rental documents were prepared and signed remotely. This allowed the clients to secure the rental without traveling to Latvia, leaving only their arrival and move-in to be arranged.
Step 2: Adjusting the Request and Finding a New Home
While awaiting their move, the clients reached out with a new request for a larger house. They needed an additional bedroom and wished to maintain a convenient location.
We presented the clients with a new, more spacious house on the same street. Tina once again organized a virtual tour and negotiated updated rental terms, including optimizing the rental price. All terms were agreed upon, and the clients signed a new agreement remotely.
Outcome: Successful Move-In and Satisfied Clients
Upon their arrival in Latvia, Tina personally welcomed the clients and facilitated their move into the new, larger house. Every step of the rental process, from property selection to documentation, was handled remotely, saving the clients time and effort.
