It all began with a request to rent a house in the village of Piņķi for a young family with children — a request successfully fulfilled by Mercury Group broker Kristina. Through Mercury Group, the family rented a cozy home and lived there for a year.
Over time, although the client had become well-acquainted with the area and local real estate market, she reached out to Kristina again — this time with the intention to purchase a home in Piņķi for permanent living. Kristina found the right property and successfully closed the deal.
A few months later, the client came back once more - now asking for help for her father, who had decided to move closer to his children and grandchildren.
Result: A second successful transaction - a spacious house with a swimming pool and 4–5 bedrooms, ideal for large family gatherings.
