I rented my apartment from Mercury Estate and was in contact with Kristina. I was in contact through email and always received fast responses. I obviously had various questions and concerns, which were always addressed very well and professionally. Kristina was very helpful with notifying me about details on the apartment and setting up the apartment to make my move as easy as possible. Starting grad school in a new country is nerve-racking enough, but as parents sitting 9,400 km away, it was a nail-biter to set him up for success. Enter Inna - the calm, kind, and amazing force of nature who made everything go smoothly. From airport pickup (yes, really!) to making sure he had his very first apartment supplies, she went so far above and beyond that we wondered if she secretly has a degree in parenting nervous students. She was thoughtful, patient, and full of solutions before we even knew we had problems. Thanks to Inna, what could have been a stressful transition turned into a seamless, even joyful experience. We are deeply grateful-and slightly jealous that our son now has her looking out for him! Inna, you rock! ✨
