The rent is 7,50 EUR / m2 + VAT 21% / month in the 1st year of the contract. From now on, the rent will be subject to annual indexation in line with national inflation rates.
Management is 2.00 EUR per m2 of space per month + VAT 21%. Management costs include cleaning of common areas and grounds, 24-hour security, maintenance of engineering communications, etc.
Utilities expenses. Charges for water and electricity are charged according to the meter readings. Charges for heat / gas / electricity and common areas are charged on the basis of actual consumption by dividing those costs in proportion to the usable area (lessee's office space).
