A 20-minute walk through the park is the Latvian National Opera and Old Riga, also within walking distance of the sights of Riga, beautiful Art Nouveau buildings, cafes and shops.

The apartment is located on the second floor in a completely renovated building, which was built in 1911. During the renovation was installed new energy efficient heating system, new elevator, video surveillance.

The apartment has five rooms, two bathrooms, separate kitchen, spacious hallway, checkroom. The windows overlook both sides of the house.
