The apartments are insulated, with parquet floor from oak or ash, replaced wooden windows and installed ventilation system, IDEAL plumbing and lighting fixtures from leading German companies. The houses are also equipped with fireproof entrance doors, high-speed optical internet and TV, intercom, as well as maximum possible sound insulation.
