Opposite the house, there is a beautiful central park and the Old Town.
The building is an architectural monument and was built by architect Janis Baumanis in 1880. The house was completely renovated, silent elevators were installed.
The apartment is equipped with furniture and household appliances of prestigious brands. Heated tile floors in the kitchen, in the corridors and in the bathrooms create the maximum conditions for a comfortable stay. Parquet floors and a fireplace. The parking is nearby the Riga Congress Hall for an additional fee (175 EUR per month).
