Great Service! I feel very fortunate to have found our agent, Olga Zagainova, with Mercury Group, while searching for a house in Jurmala. Living outside of Latvia while looking for a house is difficult. Olga was a tremendous asset for us. She was very responsive (this is hard to find) and worked hard to find the perfect house that fit our criteria. She expanded her search and even called houses that were privately listed on our behalf. She was also well aware of the laws and if there was something she did not know, she found the answer promptly. We did buy a beautiful house in Jurmala thanks to Olga. We plan to buy apartments in Riga for investment and will call on Olga´s help for this also.

Paulina arranged the rental of my Appartment in Riga, given that I can not speak Latvian , she arranged every thing PLUS helping me in buying my phone line , pay the rent , even guided my to exchange office and arranged taxi booking. Without her help it could be a nightmare to arrange in the first day of arrival.
